We want to be honest with you. The first session of our sales training programme is quite painful, especially if you believe in free stuff. Before we teach sales, we must teach you about pain because sales is a game for self-disciplined foot soldiers.

You will learn how to win the most important battle of sales, and probably life: the battle of the mind. Enzo will share with you how to embrace the gift of pain and turn people's mockery into the most powerful and strategic tool at your disposal.

This is not a motivation session. Enzo will convert every value taught in class into a simple yet effective sales activity tailored to your case. You will leave this session with a sales strategy, a clear timetable and one life mission – to kill fear.

Social media and digital technology have turned chronic boredom and time poverty into global epidemics. Nothing shocks or entertains us any more. We have too many options and no patience to ponder the right one.

Nowadays you are no longer competing with other salespeople. You are competing with Youtube. You must learn to tell stories that entertain, educate and sell at the same time or they will google what they need to buy.

BODY LANGUAGE

Every day we are forced to wear a mask of perfection to protect us from the massive audience of social media strangers scrutinising our life. We have become chronically shy and we struggle to say what we think.

Body language has become dramatically important to decipher people's opinions especially when they are afraid of sharing their feelings. Today we must learn to read the stuff that truly matters, the stuff they don't say.

Enzo has combined the sciences of proxemics, vocal communication and body language to create a toolbox for both storytellers and avid listeners. You will learn to sing your story while you listen to their body.

NEGOTIATION

The reason why most salespeople are bad at closing the sale is because they are generally bad negotiators. Most literature on closing the sale is outdated and ignores one fundamental truth: sales is not negotiation!

Sales and negotiation are separated by a thin line setting apart two different games defined by different rules. The social science of sales must be integrated with the strategies and techniques taught in negotiation.
